The controls are situated on the front of the unit to ensure safety for the user. The PB66 features twin boiler tanks and baskets to allow for multiple portions to be cooked simultaneously. This boiler can cook up to 10kg of pasta per hour.
This Lincat unit is also very easy to clean with several features designed to facilitate ease of use and durability. The tank and element are corrosion resistant to prevent the build-up of water deposits and to withstand the rigours of heavy daily use. Each of the hinged elements can be raised up on hinges to allow for effortless cleaning inside the tanks, and the front drain faucets allow the chef to empty the water tanks quickly and safely.
