Installation is recommended by the manufacturer themselves. A free site survey is provided by the manufacturer which will then have the price based for installation from the results. If using a third party engineer, these will need to be surveyed by the manufacturer before being allowed to proceed with installation. Failure to do so will result in a void in warranty. A chargeable aftercare is also available directly from the manufacturer. This option offers an initial consultation with a manufacturer approved engineer through a whatsapp or facetime video. This call could resolve your issue and get your unit up and running within a short call, rather than costing for a payout for a third party engineer. This is due to the unit not having any moving components and usually results in an easy fix.

➕Parts Only Warranty
A 'Parts only' warranty covers the cost of replacement for any mechanical components which fail (due to manufacturer fault) within the warranty period, causing breakdown or compromised performance.
➕Parts and Labour Warranty (Full Warranty)
A 'Parts & Labour' or 'full' warranty means that should any mechanical components fail (due to manufacturer fault) causing break down or performance issues with your equipment, within the term of the warranty, the cost of replacement parts will be covered by the manufacturer. Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.

In the event of a fault occurring equipment will need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. This is typically arranged by the manufacturer however the customer will be responsible for ensuring equipment is appropriately packaged and protected and may also be responsible for covering the cost of carriage, unless advised otherwise. Equipment, once repaired, is sent back to the customer at the manufacturer’s expense.
➕Semi-Commercial Warranty
Typically applicable to smaller catering equipment, a semi-commercial warranty is designed for light duty use only in semi-commercial settings. If fault occurs due to overuse or misuse in high production areas, repair costs will not be covered by the warranty.
➕Edge Chip Warranty
Applicable to crockery items, edge chip warranties cover edge chipping occurring under normal food service conditions including storage, service, washing and refrigeration. Damage due to misuse or the dropping of items will not be covered.
