The GT40 light commercial Grease Trap is the ideal solution to helping prevent unwanted fats, oils and grease (FOG's) build up in your drains. Made from catering grade 304 stainless steel, the GT40 is suitable for a single sink bowl for establishments producing 50-100 meals per day.
This manual 31 Litre inlet capacity grease trap runs entirely using the flow of water and internal directional baffles which ensures waste water easily escapes whilst allowing fats, oils and grease to cool, rising to the surface and staying within the trap. This GT40 has a 9kg Grease Capacity.
Unlike other grease traps, the GT40 makes regular draining super easy by including a red syphon valve towards the top of the trap to easily run off fats, oils and grease within seconds!
This fortnightly recommendation ensures your trap flows freely and in addition, has incorporated two lower side drain valves at either end that can be used to totally drain the trap for scheduled deep cleans.
This grease trap complies with BS EN 1825-1:2004 and designed in accordance with BS EN 1825-2:2002 and is supported by a five year manufacturer defect warranty.

➕Parts Only Warranty
A 'Parts only' warranty covers the cost of replacement for any mechanical components which fail (due to manufacturer fault) within the warranty period, causing breakdown or compromised performance.
➕Parts and Labour Warranty (Full Warranty)
A 'Parts & Labour' or 'full' warranty means that should any mechanical components fail (due to manufacturer fault) causing break down or performance issues with your equipment, within the term of the warranty, the cost of replacement parts will be covered by the manufacturer. Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.

In the event of a fault occurring equipment will need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. This is typically arranged by the manufacturer however the customer will be responsible for ensuring equipment is appropriately packaged and protected and may also be responsible for covering the cost of carriage, unless advised otherwise. Equipment, once repaired, is sent back to the customer at the manufacturer’s expense.
➕Semi-Commercial Warranty
Typically applicable to smaller catering equipment, a semi-commercial warranty is designed for light duty use only in semi-commercial settings. If fault occurs due to overuse or misuse in high production areas, repair costs will not be covered by the warranty.
➕Edge Chip Warranty
Applicable to crockery items, edge chip warranties cover edge chipping occurring under normal food service conditions including storage, service, washing and refrigeration. Damage due to misuse or the dropping of items will not be covered.
