Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.

This is typically arranged by the manufacturer however the customer will be responsible for ensuring equipment is appropriately packaged and protected and may also be responsible for covering the cost of carriage, unless advised otherwise.
