The single tank holds 15 litres of oil and can produce 24kg of chips per hour making it an ideal addition to any restaurant, cafe or canteen. This freestanding unit measures 900 x 300 x 775 mm (HxWxD) for convenient placement even in premises limited by space.
Designed with a cool zone where food residue is contained ready to be removed and filtered out after use, oil is kept cleaner for longer and improved frying results can be achieved. Also benefiting from a lifting heating element and rounded tank, indepth cleaning is simple. The double skinned stainless steel construction offers the strength and durability required in tough commercial environments whilst also improving heat retention in the tank for increased efficiency.

➕Parts Only Warranty
A 'Parts only' warranty covers the cost of replacement for any mechanical components which fail (due to manufacturer fault) within the warranty period, causing breakdown or compromised performance.
➕Parts and Labour Warranty (Full Warranty)
A 'Parts & Labour' or 'full' warranty means that should any mechanical components fail (due to manufacturer fault) causing break down or performance issues with your equipment, within the term of the warranty, the cost of replacement parts will be covered by the manufacturer. Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.

In the event of a fault occurring equipment will need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. This is typically arranged by the manufacturer however the customer will be responsible for ensuring equipment is appropriately packaged and protected and may also be responsible for covering the cost of carriage, unless advised otherwise. Equipment, once repaired, is sent back to the customer at the manufacturer’s expense.
➕Semi-Commercial Warranty
Typically applicable to smaller catering equipment, a semi-commercial warranty is designed for light duty use only in semi-commercial settings. If fault occurs due to overuse or misuse in high production areas, repair costs will not be covered by the warranty.
➕Edge Chip Warranty
Applicable to crockery items, edge chip warranties cover edge chipping occurring under normal food service conditions including storage, service, washing and refrigeration. Damage due to misuse or the dropping of items will not be covered.
