The ChefQuip B-115 Gas Lava Rock Tilting Chargrill is designed to achieve exceptional results in high turnover commercial kitchens. Designed with 8 chrome steel burners and using lava rocks, heat is efficiently distributed around the cast iron grill to produce a consistent finish for a wide range of ingredients.
This chargrill is simple to use with manual dial controls and a tilting function, adjustable to 3 positions. When the grill is tilted, any excess fat or juice is effectively drained away and contained in the 3 drip trays below. All trays are removable allowing waste to be disposed of at the most convenient time.
Designed with a stainless steel double frame, the risk of overheating is minimised for safer operation. Supplied with natural gas jets fitted as standard, the B-115 can be converted to LPG if required.

➕Parts Only Warranty
A 'Parts only' warranty covers the cost of replacement for any mechanical components which fail (due to manufacturer fault) within the warranty period, causing breakdown or compromised performance.
➕Parts and Labour Warranty (Full Warranty)
A 'Parts & Labour' or 'full' warranty means that should any mechanical components fail (due to manufacturer fault) causing break down or performance issues with your equipment, within the term of the warranty, the cost of replacement parts will be covered by the manufacturer. Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.

In the event of a fault occurring equipment will need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. This is typically arranged by the manufacturer however the customer will be responsible for ensuring equipment is appropriately packaged and protected and may also be responsible for covering the cost of carriage, unless advised otherwise. Equipment, once repaired, is sent back to the customer at the manufacturer’s expense.
➕Semi-Commercial Warranty
Typically applicable to smaller catering equipment, a semi-commercial warranty is designed for light duty use only in semi-commercial settings. If fault occurs due to overuse or misuse in high production areas, repair costs will not be covered by the warranty.
➕Edge Chip Warranty
Applicable to crockery items, edge chip warranties cover edge chipping occurring under normal food service conditions including storage, service, washing and refrigeration. Damage due to misuse or the dropping of items will not be covered.
