The Falcon LD22 salamander grill is constructed from stainless steel. This versatile grill can hold 1 x 1/2 gastronorm pan (not included) allowing transition from preparation to cooking simple and easy. The unit uses a nickel plated anti-tilt wire rack to provide better heat conduction. Insulated side walls prevent heat escaping during grilling making it cost effective.
Looking for a gas alternative? Try the Lincat GR3 which offers a salamander which can be natural or LPG gas powered. It also includes as standard a full 24 months parts and labour warranty

NOTE* The unit must maintain a clearance of 150mm between the mounted wall and the rear of the unit.

➕Parts Only Warranty
A 'Parts only' warranty covers the cost of replacement for any mechanical components which fail (due to manufacturer fault) within the warranty period, causing breakdown or compromised performance.
➕Parts and Labour Warranty (Full Warranty)
A 'Parts & Labour' or 'full' warranty means that should any mechanical components fail (due to manufacturer fault) causing break down or performance issues with your equipment, within the term of the warranty, the cost of replacement parts will be covered by the manufacturer. Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.

In the event of a fault occurring equipment will need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. This is typically arranged by the manufacturer however the customer will be responsible for ensuring equipment is appropriately packaged and protected and may also be responsible for covering the cost of carriage, unless advised otherwise. Equipment, once repaired, is sent back to the customer at the manufacturer’s expense.
➕Semi-Commercial Warranty
Typically applicable to smaller catering equipment, a semi-commercial warranty is designed for light duty use only in semi-commercial settings. If fault occurs due to overuse or misuse in high production areas, repair costs will not be covered by the warranty.
➕Edge Chip Warranty
Applicable to crockery items, edge chip warranties cover edge chipping occurring under normal food service conditions including storage, service, washing and refrigeration. Damage due to misuse or the dropping of items will not be covered.
