With a Capacity of 6 x 1/1gn at 75mm shelf centres this combination oven is manufactured to last in tough high demand environments, the stainless steel construction is durable - essential features for any commercial kitchen equipment. This easy clean KM061W Giorik KORE oven is fitted with inbuilt automatic liquid wash system with 3 modes - "Soft, Medium or Hard wash"
The KM061W electric Combi oven is designed for ease of use with its ergonomic programmable touchscreen control. With 3 Cooking Settings - Manual Mode, Once Touch or Recipe book.
- One touch cooking mode - just select one of your 9 favourites shown on the home menu - pre-heat is automatic
- Recipe menu book Store up to 200 preset menus - 9 phases of cooking available in each programme, this can be modified and stored to suit your need
The Giorik KORE KM061W has a Water saving feature - the steam quench system can be switched off if sited under an extraction canopy. This does not affect cooking results but can dramatically save on water usage.
- Inbuilt wash system - inbuilt liquid detergent washing system - with a choice of 4 timed cycles - Soft (48mins) Normal (53mins) Hard (58mins) Rinse (4 mins)
- Water & Detergent consumption on wash cycle - Soft (31 Ltrs + 320cc of detergent) Normal (33 ltr + 380cc of detergent), Hard (38 ltr + 470cc of detergent) - no rinse liquid is required.
Featuring 4 cooking modes - Hot air only, Hot air with adjustable humidity (ideal for baking), Steam only or Combination cooking steam with hot air and 3 speed cooking fan fitted with automatic fan reverser - gives even cooking results - no need to turn pan around. This oven truly is a versatile, essential piece of equipment for your commercial establishment.
A built-in USB port allows recipes to be uploaded via a USB stick and can be used for updating latest software.
