Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.

A special order item is not a standard stocked product and is made to order. As such, there are conditions that are stipulated by the manufacturer surrounding purchase.

The product must be paid for, in full, at the point of order.
If you cancel your order once it has been placed, the cost of the item is non-refundable.
