Powerful direct gear drive motors give this peeler the ability to peel a wide variety of produce, including even the toughest of vegetables in high volumes. This unit also features a guarded discharge chute, providing increased operator safety by preventing the unit from being opened during operation. The direct motors are located within the interior of the unit meaning that there are no external moving parts. With a hammer grade painted finish, this peeler looks professional and attractive, and its rounded design and a lack of crevices means that this unit is wonderfully easy to keep clean. This unit weighs 64 kg, and is mounted on a low pedestal. Additionally, this peeler features its own patented cast iron abrasive serrations which remove the need for any other abrasive coating within the unit.
