The Rational 112L VarioCooking Centre (formerly known as Frima) is perfectly designed to combine all essential cooking apparatus into just one convenient, compact, countertop unit. Boasting two 25 litre cooking pans you can roast, pan fry, blanch, boil and deep fry with exceptional results guaranteed every time. The advanced VarioCooking technology continuously monitors cooking progress, recognising foods and adjusting programs accordingly to the size and quantity etc. of ingredients so that you don't have to. This feature also permits unsupervised cooking overnight, ideal when preparing slow cooked dishes. When used in conjunction with the VarioBoost heating system designed to achieve 200°C in approximately 2 minutes and the integrated VarioDose water inlet which automatically fills water in precise quantities, this equipment will improve time efficiency in busy kitchens and quickly prove itself invaluable to successful operations.

A clever AutoLift feature automatically raises baskets during boiling, deep frying or poaching modes ensuring the perfect finish is attainable even during busy services. The design of this cooking station is completed with an integrated water outlet eliminating the need for a floor drain, meaning pans can be emptied without any unnecessary movement and an inbuilt spray hose allowing easy cleaning in minutes between uses to avoid cross flavouring.
