Utopia have created this Avery Blue collection to mimic the look of enamel coated steel. The lidded casserole dish is one of the best ways to serve a casserole; you can prepare and cook the food in the dish and then serve it straight to the table, ensuring the food arrives looking exactly how you intended. The lid also helps to keep in moisture and retain the temperature of your dish. With this range, you can achieve the look of traditional, enamel coated stainless steel without the ability for it to be dented. As this dish is made from vitrified stoneware, it is extremely hygienic and chip resistant.
**Please note that crockery products can get damaged during delivery, we ask that before signing for the items you check the contents are in good condition, or give a gentle shake to see if everything is alright.

➕Parts Only Warranty
A 'Parts only' warranty covers the cost of replacement for any mechanical components which fail (due to manufacturer fault) within the warranty period, causing breakdown or compromised performance.
➕Parts and Labour Warranty (Full Warranty)
A 'Parts & Labour' or 'full' warranty means that should any mechanical components fail (due to manufacturer fault) causing break down or performance issues with your equipment, within the term of the warranty, the cost of replacement parts will be covered by the manufacturer. Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.
➕Back to Base Warranty
In the event of a fault occurring equipment will need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. This is typically arranged by the manufacturer however the customer will be responsible for ensuring equipment is appropriately packaged and protected and may also be responsible for covering the cost of carriage, unless advised otherwise. Equipment, once repaired, is sent back to the customer at the manufacturer’s expense.
➕Semi-Commercial Warranty
Typically applicable to smaller catering equipment, a semi-commercial warranty is designed for light duty use only in semi-commercial settings. If fault occurs due to overuse or misuse in high production areas, repair costs will not be covered by the warranty.
➕Edge Chip Warranty
Applicable to crockery items, edge chip warranties cover edge chipping occurring under normal food service conditions including storage, service, washing and refrigeration. Damage due to misuse or the dropping of items will not be covered.
