The Winterhalter UC-XL Glass Washer is constructed from stainless steel. The unit has the option of having an energy model to save on running cost, therefore, cheaper operation. As well as water pressure, water temperature is also adjusted correctly to the optimal temperature for certain glasses leaving a pristine wash every time. The unit allows an integrated softener which saves on space and automatically releases the dose for an improved wash. One special characteristic of the XL over the 3 other sizes is that the closed stainless steel rear panel (Spray guard IP X5) comes included within the unit instead of an optional extra.
